Refund & Return Policy – ITS Store (Updated)
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
- Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
- If there is any issue (wrong item, defect, or damage), it must be reported immediately to the courier or within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
3. Return Shipping Fees
- If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (e.g. size, preference, change of mind),
return shipping fees will be covered by the customer - If the return is due to:
- Defective product
- Wrong item sent
ITS Store will cover all shipping fees
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days (subject to availability).
- Shipping fees apply unless the issue is from our side.
5. Refunds
- All returned items go through an inspection process before approval.
- Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
- Timeline: 5–7 business days
6. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been used
- Tags are removed
- The item is damaged by the customer
- The request is made after the allowed return period
