Refund & Return Policy – ITS Store (Updated)

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
  • If there is any issue (wrong item, defect, or damage), it must be reported immediately to the courier or within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With all tags and packaging intact

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (e.g. size, preference, change of mind),
    return shipping fees will be covered by the customer
  • If the return is due to:
    • Defective product
    • Wrong item sent
      ITS Store will cover all shipping fees

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days (subject to availability).
  • Shipping fees apply unless the issue is from our side.

5. Refunds

  • All returned items go through an inspection process before approval.
  • Once approved:
    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
    • Timeline: 5–7 business days

6. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used
  • Tags are removed
  • The item is damaged by the customer
  • The request is made after the allowed return period
